My name is Kathy McDavid and I am proud to call Kingsport my hometown. I graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School and East Tennessee State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Medical Technology. I worked for 5 years as a Medical Technologist at Holston Valley Community Hospital until I was offered a position with Eastman Chemical Company, from which I retired in 2009 after 30 years of service. I decided to get my real estate license in 2009 because I love this area and I truly enjoy working with people. While raising my 2 children, I was very involved in the schools, recreational activities, youth ministry, etc., so I have first-hand experience of what a wonderful area this is to raise a family. I am a member of the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I am an active member of Grace Fellowship Church and I enjoy mission trips, ministering to teenagers, hiking, photography, and have a special interest in stained glass.
