Hi folks! My name is Derinda Larkin and I am so excited to be involved in the development of a real estate office that gives back to the community. I care about the people I work with and enjoy helping people’s dreams come true. I have been a REALTOR® since 2001 specializing in relocation and first time home buyer markets; but, I have all the experience and know-how for any real estate need. On a personal note, I am a native of Kingsport and graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School and East Tennessee State University. I retired from the Scott County Virginia school system after 30 years of service as a communication specialist. I have 2 grown children and am an active member of First Broad Street United Methodist Church. My many hobbies include painting, golfing, fishing, reading, traveling, and VOL football.
