Charitable donations to non-profits have drastically declined due to our crippled economy. However, disease and poverty have no pity for struggling individuals, families and businesses. Though we all have an innate responsibility to aid those in need, donations are difficult to come by while on the tail-end of a recession.
Because of this, Signature Properties pledges to donate a portion of its gross commission from every closed transaction to the charity of each client's choice.
